SolicitorsMichael Molloy Michael qualified as a solicitor in 1974 having previously attended University College Galway, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts he joined Blake & Kenny in 1974 and then became principal in 1988. Geraldine was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2002 having graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Cork.
She specialises in Commercial & Residential Conveyancing, Probate, Administration of Estates ,Civil Litigation,Family Law and Employment Law. e mail: Robert Meehan Robert studied Law (BCL) at University College Cork and qualified in 1999. He joined Blake & Kenny in 2000 and entered the Roll of Solicitors during the Hilary term (January) of 2004.
Robert acts on behalf of the Local Authority in planning law and prosecutions at both District & Circuit Court levels. He also works in the areas of Social Housing and second-hand acquisition of property. Other areas of expertise include Residential & Commercial Conveyancing, Litigation, Probate and Estate Planning.
